We do our best to ensure all of our customer’s enjoy a happy shopping experience with Stress3Hire, however, occasionally you may need to return an item. Item(s) purchased for sale can only be returned for an exchange. Refunds will only be given for faulty items. We will examine the faulty returned items and will notify you by email within a reasonable period of time, in most cases (14) days.
If a refund is payable to you, we will transfer the money via internet banking or post a cheque.
Returning item(s) for exchange must be done within (14) working days, beginning on the day after you have received the goods. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us (we suggest this is done by recorded post). The goods need to be their original packaging and in a resellable condition, and at your own cost and risk. This does not effect your statuary rights.
