Terms & Conditions of Hire

Goods are hired to the customer on the understanding that they shall be returned in an undamaged condition and the customer will be responsible for, and indemnify Stress3Hire against, any loss or damage to the goods whilst on hire. Insurance at a cost of £5 is optional to the customer which provides cover for the maximum value of all goods hired. The insurance does not cover loss, theft or malicious damage including damage caused to Top Hats as a result of throwing them into the air for photographs. A fee of £150 will be charged if Top Hats are damaged.

A security deposit of £100 per outfit is required. The Security deposit is payable by cheque or credit card only. This will not be processed except in the event of non return or damage (unless insurance is taken). Amendments made to the hire agreement, at the customer’s request, bear an administrative fee of £10.

Cancellation fee: Orders that are cancelled within 48hrs of the delivery date will be charged at the full hire fee. Cancellations made before this time will be subject to a £10 cancellation fee.

Wedding Party Organiser

The wedding party organiser must ensure that Stress3Hire receives accurate size information for All the party members at least 3 weeks before the wedding date and to pay a surcharge of £10 for each party whom size information is received after this date. It may not be possible to supply the outfit if sizes have not been supplied by this date.

Final Customer Check

All customers must try on their outfits before the Stress3Hire representative leaves the customers residents to ensure that all garments are the correct size, complete and in sound condition.
